Gary Steffensen, co-owner and program designer, has been committed to athletic training as an International Certified Ski Coach for more than 2 decades, coaching elite athletes. Gary has a Bachelors Degree in Sports Science from the University of Nevada, Reno and is a CPT from the Fitness Institute of Australia and NSCA. Gary and his wife, Tina Steffensen have owned Peak Results Fitness since 2008.
Kelly Kasprzyk, fitness coach, moved to Flagstaff from Wyoming in 1992 to attend Northern Arizona University on a golf scholarship. While at NAU, she earned a bachelor’s degree in public relations and marketing, and a masters degree in communication. In her work at Peak Results Fitness, she helps clients discover their best selves through their workouts. Her “other hat” is as a real estate agent with RE/MAX, where she works with new and seasoned buyers as an Accredited Buyer Representative. Kelly also serves as vice president of the Northern Arizona University Lumberjack Athletics Association.
Angie Gavelli, fitness coach, has a Flagstaff massage therapy practice with an emphasis in sports and orthopedics. Angie trained at the Boulder College of Massage Therapy. She is currently working towards finishing her bachelors degree at NAU in Exercise Science. Growing up in Flagstaff shaped Angie into a very active adult. She loves outdoor activities, working out in the gym and is also an avid Bikram yoga practitioner.
Angie writes, “Ever since I was little, I knew I wanted to be someone who could make a difference. My passion is to help people look better and feel healthier. I believe there are no limits but the sky. Be the change you want to see.”
